Voting Rules for Best Lightning Session Presentation and Best Poster

  1. Please write your name on the ballot. Voting is NON-anonymous. However, we will keep the votes private (i.e., none other than the Best Paper Selection Committee and the Program Chair will be exposed).
  2. Please do NOT vote for a paper if you have a conflict-of-interest with a paper. A conflict-of-interest exists if any author of the paper is related to you in the following ways (but there may be other reasons as well):
  3. You can vote for ONLY ONE paper.
  4. You need to turn in your ballot for "Best Lightning Session Presentation" immediately after the lightning session. No late ballots are accepted.
  5. You need to turn in your ballot for "Best Poster" immediately after the poster session. No late ballots are accepted.
  6. Your vote will be discarded if any of the above rules is violated.
  7. Voting results will be used as inputs to the Best Paper Selection Committee.
