MICRO-42 Travel Grants

Student Travel Grants

As in years past, MICRO will provide travel grants to students and junior faculty. These grants are intended to partially cover travel and symposium expenses. To receive a grant, you must register for the symposium and pay in full at the appropriate level (e.g., student, ACM/IEEE member, non-ACM/non-IEEE member). Because the grants can only be used for reimbursing conference related expenses, be sure to keep your receipts. These will be collected at the conference.

To apply for a grant, send email to Anne Bracy (bracy at acm dot org) with the subject line "MICRO-42 Travel Grant". The body of the message should include:

Applications are due Monday, November 23, 2009. Priority will be given to students, especially presenters and paper co-authors. We will also try to distribute awards to a large number of research groups.

Applicants will be notified of their grant status by Monday, November 30. 2009 Wednesday, December 2, 2009 (apologies for the delay). Reimbursement instructions will follow shortly thereafter. The final award amounts will be determined at the end of the conference.
